During winter and summer you can enjoy various activities in Bansko and the region.


In Bansko you can visit the following places:
The church in located in the center of Bansko and is one of the towns' symbol. Before bulding Alexander Nevski Church it was the largest in the country. It was erected in 1835 by the local artifisers. Christian christ mastг. от местни майстори.
Above the main entrance there are Christian cross and a Turkish crescent one close to another symbolising tolerance between the two religions.
The temple complex, which includes the church, bell tower and the stowned fence was declared an architectural and cultural monument of culture, and is one of the most brilliant achievements since the Renaissance period.

Velyanova House
Built in the 18th century, the house is one of the brightest achievements of the Bulgarian Renaissance. It is a house-fortress, with thick exterior walls, battlements, small windows with iron bars. Such houses have built many wealthy Bulgarians during the Ottoman rule.
It has been declared immovable cultural value of national importance.

Nikola Vaptsarov House Museum
It is located in the center of Bansko and is one of the symbols of the town. In the home of the great Bulgarian poet you will feel the atmosphere in which he lived and has formed himself as a person.
